Coalition of student, youth groups laud De-Potter College Provost

A coalition of student and youth groups comprising of the national leadership of National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) and Ijebu Youth Association (IYA) has lauded the sterling leadership qualities of the Provost of De-Potter College of Health Technology, Oru-Ijebu, Dr Oluwaseun Adeware describing him as another selfless Nigerian using his God's given intellect to prepare the youths for a greater tomorrow.

The coalition during a press conference held at Iwe Iroyin, the secretariat of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Ogun State Council, Abeokuta on Thursday described Dr Oluwaseun Adeware as a man of history because of his unrepentant commitment to using his resources to expand frontiers of the economy of the hitherto rustic Oru Ijebu community with the establishment of the College of Health Technology in the area.

Speaking during the press conference, the National President of NAPS, Comr Olasunkanmi Ijaduoye said "as student body, we are delighted to have a progressive leader in Dr Oluwaseun Adeware, the Provost of De-Potter College Health Technology, Oru-Ijebu. 

"The coming of the school has not only impacted positively on the economy of this community but it is also contributing greatly to empowering our youths while also helping to provide quality manpower for our health sector. We sincerely appreciate the contributions of this fantastic Nigerian and pray others will emulate him".

Ijaduoye equally commended  the Provost on the successful accreditation of courses being offered by the school saying that it was heartwarming to see that the college was irredeemably committed to redeeming the lost glory of Nigeria health sector.

Making his remark during the press briefing, the National President of Ijebu Youth Association, Comr Fayomi Okikiola explained Dr Adeware led leadership of the school deserved great accolades because of the great turn around and economic fortune  that the establishment of the tertiary institution has brought to Oru and Ijebu Igbo towns.

Okikiola said "we are here to put it on record that Dr Oluwaseun Adeware and his management team are great partners in building a wonderful future for the youth".

"We acknowledge the team's investment in youth empowerment through qualitative education as well as training of army of health personnel that will undoubtedly change the face of our moribund health sector. We call  on other Nigerians to emulate Dr Oluwaseun Adeware and remained dedicated to giving the youth the wings to fly".

The Ijebu North Local Government Coordinator of the youth group, Comr Yomi Alaga also urged the youth within the local government to continue supporting the growth and development of the school as Dr Oluwaseyi Adeware, has again reiterated the commitment of the institution to churning out brilliant minds that would add values to delivery of qualitative healthcare services in the country.
