69-year-old man kidnapped in Lagos


The Lagos State police command has declared a 69-year-old man, Taiwo Oseni Adeyemo, kidnapped while coming back from work on December 28, 2020.

Mr Taiwo Oseni Adeyemo was said to be a resident of No 11, Fasali Street, Ikotun, Lagos before his reported abduction by some unknown individuals.

He is said to be six feet tall, black in complexion and speaks English and Yoruba Language fluently.

This is according to the statement from the Lagos State police command.

Members of the public have been urged to contact the DPO at Ikotun Police Station,Idimu Road, Ikotun Lagos or the family member, Oluwakemi Toke Adeyemo on 07087328171

The statement partly reads "The Lagos State Police Command is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person, Mr Taiwo Oseni Adeyemo 'M', 69 yrs, who was last seen on 28/12/2020 at NO 11 FASALI STREET IKOTUN LAGOS. 

"The individual has been reported missing, and there is increasing concern for their well-being.

"Physical Description: 6FT, Black IN COMPLEXION,SPEAK ENGLISH AND YORUBA LANGUAGE FLUENTLY

Circumstances of Disappearance:

"He was ambushed and kidnapped on his way back home from work by unidentified individuals.
